• P+P is a flat rate of £2.95 and will be sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail.

  • Overseas postage is not available at the moment.

  • At the checkout stage there is a ‘note’ section that enables you to add a gift message. We will handwrite your message and include it in your parcel.

  • We aim to have orders ready to dispatch within a couple of working days although this will be longer at busier times.

    2nd Class UK Delivery - normally takes 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.

    IMPORTANT - occasionally unavoidable factors can delay a parcel such as bad weather, strikes, or busy times of year so please be patient!

  • Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. It is important that we are made aware before the order is dispatched so we can get it to the correct address. Please be aware that we are unable to refund any orders which get lost due to this reason.

  • If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 working days from dispatch, or it arrives damaged please let us know and we will try our best to resolve this quickly for you.
