  • Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items should be well-packaged and returned in their original condition using a Recorded Delivery service. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment once we have received the item/s and are happy that they are in saleable condition.

    IMPORTANT - returns will only be processed following contact via email. Once contacted, we will give you the details of where to return the item to and anything other info that you may need.
