We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items should be well-packaged and returned in their original condition using a Recorded Delivery service. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment once we have received the item/s and are happy that they are in saleable condition.
